Worldwide Simplicity — All Covered, No Surprises!

For orders over €2000, we cover shipping costs, import duty, insurance and taxes. Basically, all expenses are included in the price. To us, this is simplicity. It lets you rest assured that no additional costs will be added by importing our products. There's one exception though. We don't cover credit-/debit card fees.

For foreign transaction fees, we recommend VISA over the more expensive Mastercard.

How Does This Work?

We have warehouses in the EU and the US, so buying a CANVAS from here is just like ordering from any domestic webshop. If you're not in either the EU or the US, the product is imported in your name. You'll receive an import bill covering any local taxes and duties, which you'll have to pay initially. However, we offer to reimburse you. All you need to do is email us at: hello@canvashifi.com with your order number and a picture of the import bill attached. We will then transfer the amount to the credit-/debit card used for purchase.
