Spending your money on something that you haven't even touched can be intimidating. We totally get that!
That's why we offer an inexpensive 45 day trial. We invite you to try out CANVAS at home, where you can judge it with your own ears. Should the product not be to your liking, we will arrange the return shipment and refund your purchase. All we ask you to cover is a modest return fee of €100 (for purchases within Europe) or €200 (worldwide).

How It Works
After receiving your CANVAS product, you have 45 days to try it out. If for some reason you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us by email at hello@canvashifi.com. Depending on your location we will either arrange pickup or provide you with a return label. When the product has been returned and we have verified its condition, we will begin the refund process which can take up to 30 days. The €100 / €200 return fee will be deducted from the refund. The return fee is per product.
One Major Rule
The product must be returned in its original shipping box and packaging, and in its original condition. Returns not in the original shipping box will not be accepted. Any damage or missing parts will be deducted from the refund.
